What is the best way to clean designer sunglasses?

Ronnie asked:

Do you need to buy special cleaning solution to preserve the product’s quality or is all-purpose windex / water with mild soap okay?

Thanks

wire brush and sopy water

I think windex would be ok, but in small amounts!

I use the same eyeglass cleaning solution and a cleaning cloth as for my regular glasses. No kleenex, they scratch.

you could buy this special soft cloth at a place where they sell glasses at. It is gentle on the glasses, and cleans well. (it comes with spray)

I’ve always been warned not to use windex for my regular galsses. Soap and water is good, but the people at the eye doctor tell me to use alcohol. They say this is what they use.

Walmart sells a cleaner in their optical center, and when the bottle is empty they will refill for free! I have used it on sunglasses for a long time, even on a pair of Dolce and Gabanna. Good luck!

toothpaste trust me you will see clear again it worked on my guchi and cabana sun glasses

use designer wipes. i can sell you some. they come in pack of two. $5000 per pack.

A proper glasses cleaner would be the best…..

WHEN I BOUGHT MY CHANEL GLASSES THEY GAVE ME THIS CLOTHE YOU CAN BUY IT AT LIKE LENS CRAFTERS IT CLEANS GLASSES REALLY WELL WITH NO SOAP NOR SOLUTION IT GETS SMUDGES AND DIRT OFF REALLY GOOD

yes you do need to but it
